Our Urban Pied-à-Terre project has been reimagined with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic and an emphasis on open, airy living. The transformation began with the creation of an open-concept floor plan, maximizing light and space to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
A striking floating metal staircase anchors the interior, adding architectural interest and a sculptural focal point. The custom kitchen cabinetry balances functionality with clean, modern lines, while carefully selected new furniture and lighting elevate the space with a curated, sophisticated feel.
Outdoors, newly designed terraces extend the living space and offer a serene urban escape. Updated lighting—both indoors and out—was thoughtfully integrated to enhance ambiance, highlight design features, and bring warmth throughout.
The result is a refined, low-maintenance retreat that feels expansive, elegant, and effortlessly livable.
