Our Tribeca Riverfront renovation project reimagines a grand residence overlooking the Hudson River through a refined Art Deco lens. The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the floor plan to improve circulation, clarify public and private zones, and maximize long views to the river.
A sequence of formal yet comfortable living spaces unfolds along the Hudson-facing façade, where generous openings frame light and water while reinforcing the apartment’s linear organization. Private rooms are discreetly arranged to provide separation and calm, allowing the residence to function equally well for daily living and entertaining.
High-end finishes and custom detailing draw from classic Art Deco principles—symmetry, proportion, and craftsmanship—while remaining contemporary in execution. Rich stone surfaces, warm metals, tailored millwork, and carefully scaled profiles create a layered interior that feels both timeless and precise. Throughout the apartment, restraint and material quality take precedence, resulting in a cohesive interior that honors the building’s context while delivering a modern, elevated living experience.
