Our Modern Manor renovation project reimagines the interior of a grand brick residence as a series of contemporary family spaces that balance modern living with the home’s stately character. While the exterior retains its classic presence, the interior was thoughtfully transformed to support everyday life, entertaining, and wellness.
At the heart of the home, a new kitchen and living room were designed as light-filled, open spaces that encourage connection and ease of movement. Clean lines, modern finishes, and carefully curated materials create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere while remaining warm and inviting for family use.
The lower level was fully re-envisioned as a destination for entertaining and retreat. A custom wine cellar anchors the space, complemented by a sleek basement bar designed for gatherings both large and small. A dedicated gym completes the level, offering a private, functional space for wellness within the home.
Together, the renovation seamlessly blends contemporary design with the scale and elegance of the original brick home, creating a cohesive interior environment that supports modern family living without compromising architectural integrity.
