The design balances traditional coastal materials with clean, modern detailing to create a residence that feels both timeless and current. Natural cedar shingles wrap the exterior, providing texture, warmth, and durability while referencing the region’s historic seaside architecture.
Large, modern windows are thoughtfully integrated into the façade to introduce abundant natural light and establish a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The overall massing and detailing emphasize simplicity and proportion, allowing the home to sit comfortably within its coastal context while offering a fresh architectural expression suited to modern living.
