Seaport Loft

Our Seaport Loft project involves the combination of two vertically stacked condominium units in the Seaport District of Boston into a single, cohesive duplex residence. The scope of work includes selective interior demolition and a full interior renovation to create a unified and modern living environment that functions seamlessly across both levels.
A new custom-designed metal staircase will be introduced to provide a direct interior connection between the two units, serving as both a functional and architectural focal point. The interior layout of each floor will be reconfigured to improve circulation, optimize space planning, and clearly define public and private living areas.
The renovation will feature new contemporary finishes throughout, including updated flooring, modern cabinetry, refined millwork, and high-quality fixtures and materials consistent with the character of a luxury Seaport residence.
The end result will be a thoughtfully designed, modern duplex condominium that enhances livability, aesthetic quality, and long-term value while respecting the architectural context of the building.
