Junior Associate

 

We are seeking a Junior Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented designer early in their career who is eager to gain experience across all phases of residential architectural practice. The Junior Associate will work closely with senior staff and the principal on design development, documentation, and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of high-end residential projects from concept through construction

  • Produce drawings and models during Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents

  • Prepare presentation materials, including drawings, renderings, and physical or digital models

  • Support construction document production with a focus on accuracy and clarity

  • Coordinate with consultants and incorporate their work into architectural drawings

  • Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittal review and site visits as needed

  • Help maintain drawing standards, templates, and internal workflows

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in an architecture firm

  • Strong design sensibility with an interest in high-end residential work

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD(required); familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software is a plus

  • Strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to take direction, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively

  • Attention to detail and enthusiasm for learning all aspects of architectural practice
